Using the new PointsPlus system:

Just enter the total protein grams, carb grams, fat grams, fiber grams, and number of servings in the recipe. (use 1 serving if it's a single serving item). Click Calculate to see the points.

If you change the "Number of servings" to more than one and use values for an entire recipe, it will give you the per serving point values. You can still see the multi serving value by adjusting the "What if I eat..." value.

I'm still experimenting with where to round to match the WW official point values, but I think this is essentially correct. Check it against your manual WW points finder. I'm excited to get this on my own mobile phone!!! Your mileage may vary.

For the old Points system:

Just enter the total calories, fat grams, fiber grams, and number of servings in the recipe. (use 1 serving if it's a single serving item). Click Calculate to see the points. Note that the formula accounts for the fact that you can count no more than 4 grams of fiber per serving.

Also note that if you eat multiple servings you are still only allowed to count a maximum of 4 grams of fiber. That holds true until at least 2 hours have passed. This calculator assumes that you are not waiting 2 hours, so multiple servings only count the maximum 4 grams of fiber.

If you change the "Number of servings" to more than one and use values for an entire recipe, it will give you the per serving point values. You can still see the multi serving value by adjusting the "What if I eat..." value.
